Peter Harter, Esq. is VP Public Affairs at Intellectual Ventures.  Having been on the Internet since 1986, with key roles at companies including Netscape Communications, eMusic, and Securify, Peter’s broad range of activities includes non-profits, consumer & enterprise software, digital music, security software, start-up consulting, angel investing, political fund-raising, lobbying, government sales, and corporate development.  Peter advises the Foundation on technology public policy matters, politics, and serves as a liaison to the technology philanthropy community.

Dr. Michael Henry is a veteran Silicon Valley executive currently managing the Frost Foundation and other ventures. Michael advises the Foundation on matetrs concerning the philanthropy community

Fran Maier is the Executive Director and President of TRUSTe, the leading brand in online privacy. Fran brings 15+ years of experience building consumer brands and enhancing consumer trust, as well as experience in Internet communities and non-profits.  She is the President and CEO of TRUSTe.  At OSDV, Fran advises the Foundation on brand- and community-building activities, non-profit operations, and matters regarding citizen privacy and trust in a digital age.

Gregory Miller, Esq. is Co-Executive Director of the Foundation.  His varied career over the past 28 years in the information technology sector has been as technologist, lawyer, entrepreneur, executive, venture adviser, and technology public policy contributor including key roles at Inherent.Com, Netscape Communications, Medicalogic and Securify.  At OSDV, Gregory is responsible for foundation development, endowment fund raising, marketing, government relatioms, and public outreach.

Stacey Paynter brings over 25 years of experience to her work in marketing strategy, communications planning, and brand management. Previously CEO of Publicis Dialog, the San Francisco office of the fourth largest, global communications firm, and now consultant through her company, Strategic Connections, LLC.  Stacey advises the Foundation on non-profit corporate identity, public relations, and communications.

Dr. Edgard Quiroz is a veteran international technology and heavy equipment manufacturing industry executive, and an Orange county based venture capitalist and commercial real estate developer.  As a passionate multi-lingual American citizen with a rich international heritage and appreciation for democracy and an acknowledged conservative, Edgard advises the Foundation on matters of Foundation outreach in a culturally diverse manner.

John Sebes is Co-Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer of the Foundation.  He has worked in information technology business for over 25 years, as a software developer, program manager, Silicon Valley entrepreneur, and information security consultant including key roles at Trusted Information Systems, NAI Labs, Securify, and Solid Core.   John sets the agenda for technical work, leads the Core Technolgoy Team, serves as liaison with the computer science community at large, and occasionally gets to do some himself.
